Dental Implants
Permanent. Natural. Life-Changing.
The gold standard for tooth replacement — dental implants look, feel, and function just like real teeth, restoring your smile, confidence, and bite for the long term.
Dental Implants
Dental Implants
Dental implants are widely considered the best long-term solution for missing teeth. Unlike dentures or bridges, implants are fixed permanently in the jaw — they don’t move, don’t need to be removed, and stimulate the jawbone just like a natural tooth root.
Dr. Hisham has advanced training in implant dentistry and takes a careful, thorough approach to every case — from the initial bone assessment through to the final crown placement. You’ll always know exactly what’s involved, what it costs, and what to expect.
Why Choose Dental Implants?
- Guidance on how to maintain your results long-term
- Permanent — they don't come out for cleaning
- Preserve jawbone and prevent bone loss
- Don't affect adjacent healthy teeth (unlike bridges)
- Easy to clean — brush and floss as normal
- Long-lasting with proper care — potentially lifetime
- Restore full chewing function
- Boost confidence and quality of life
The Implant Journey
Assessment & Planning
We assess your bone density, gum health, and overall oral health. X-rays and CBCT scans map the exact placement position for optimal results.
Implant Placement
The titanium implant post is placed into the jaw under local anaesthesia. This is a minor surgical procedure that most patients find surprisingly comfortable.
Healing Period
The implant integrates with the jawbone over 3–6 months (osseointegration). A temporary crown may be placed during this time.
Crown Placement
Once the implant is fully integrated, a custom-made ceramic crown is attached — precisely matched to the colour and shape of your natural teeth.

Honest answers — no jargon.
Most people are — but you need sufficient bone density in the jaw. If bone has been lost due to gum disease or a long-missing tooth, a bone graft may be required first. Hisham will assess this thoroughly at your consultation.
From placement to final crown, the process typically takes 4–9 months. The healing phase (osseointegration) takes most of that time. The actual appointments are fewer and shorter than most patients expect.
The placement procedure is done under local anaesthetic, so you won't feel pain during surgery. Mild discomfort and swelling for a few days afterward is normal and manageable with over-the-counter pain relief.
The titanium implant itself can last many years with proper care with proper care. The ceramic crown on top typically lasts 10–20 years before it might need replacing. We'll advise you on care and maintenance at each stage.
